How an engagement runs
Four stages, each with an output you keep.
- Audit.We list the dashboards and metrics people used in the last 90 days and where their definitions disagree.
- Model.We design one semantic model in Omni with shared measures, joins and access rules, reviewed as pull requests in your repo.
- Build and tie out.Priority dashboards and self-serve topics are built on the model. Each number is checked against what you report today, and every difference is logged and resolved.
- Hand over.Your team gets training, documentation and a backlog. We can stay on for support once you are live.

What does the review cost, and what do we commit to?
The review is free and you commit to nothing. If you go ahead, the work is scoped as a fixed project from what we learn in the review.
Do we have to use Omni?
Our work is built on Omni, and we are an Omni implementation partner. If you are on Looker, Domo or another tool, the review covers what a move would involve. If your current tool can do the job, we tell you.
What is a semantic layer, and do we need one?
It is the place where metrics, joins and access rules are defined once, so every dashboard and every self-serve question uses the same logic. If two reports give two answers for the same number, you probably need one.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of data sources, the metrics in use and who needs access. The review gives you a size band for your own setup.
How do you make sure the numbers are right?
Each metric in the new model is compared with what you report today, on the same filters and date ranges. Every difference is explained or fixed in a tie-out log your team keeps.
